And very rude to me even though the mistake is 100% theurs Unprofessional. Poor communication. Delayed.

I was lied told that I’m not allowed to complain to fedex or escalate the call or even file a claim. But fed ex has admitted this is 100% their fault. The. I was hung up on. My only recourse is to cancel my own fedex account because they are treating me so bad as a recovering customer. The agents name is Asa. March 19, approx 745p mo in tiny time. I used the 1800gofedex customer device number Poor communication.

Took forever. No communication as to location or ETA. Package was torn open and then horribly taped back together with zero explanation as to who or why. I got what I ordered, thankfully, but very disappointed as to the process of getting it. Delayed. Poor communication. Damaged.
