online tracking would not show me the address it was delivered too, it did go to the correct address the second time it was shipped. online tracking says it was signed for however when veiw proof of delivery with signature document is opened it says there is no signature cause it wasn't required and still no address for delivery shown.
so no address confirmation, lying about signature and then to top it off, the package was found buried in the snow and my item is broken, frozen and glass crackedDelayed. Damaged. Unprofessional.
