I'm very happy with the shipping was perfect. There is a issue with Order. after order was placed and payed for I cancelled one item while being processed. Then I turned right around and re-ordered The item again.. there was a incorrect size was the error. However, now there is no record of me making the cancellation and reorder.

Did NOT receive my package yet got a notification that it had been delivered. No one wants to take responsibility for this!!! The tracking # was not mine. WHERE is my purchase??? I was told the company was having trouble with FedEx and they would sent me another bis USPD. THIS WHOLE SITUATION IS UNBELIEVABLE. THE “calming g, comfy dog bed” is paid for and I want my purchase. Left in wrong spot.
