Sitejabber Delivered big time for us 5 Stars. 100%. We were a little hesitant at first do to the sales call approach of their business... but give them a chance. You'll be glad you did!

Scammers. For one, they allow to bulk request reviews from the customers. Don't mention no limit of anything but when I uploaded the list, they only send out 50 reviews. For two, they supposedly "offer" a free trial but you won't be able to get a free trial until you schedule a call with them. They want to get you to commit to their services, so the trial is not really free. Their business is predatory, preying on the fact that 99% of the time only dissatisfied customers leave reviews, and they want you to pay to get reviews from satisfied customers. Scammers. Frankly, should be removed from the app store.

Disappointed with customer support. They promise a lot, but then after you've paid the yearly fee, they don't deliver. Would not recommend this service. Also I don't find the user interface very intuitive.

Do not use, even if this app was free or they paid me to use it. We paid $3500USD for their app, they promised quite a few options and none of them ever came through, reviews didnt show 50% of the time on our collection and product pages and they never did anything about it, we found out after 5 months, emails and chat and they never did anything.

They have no understanding for what is required for eccomerce and reviews. Before we signed up, we had a few questions as we required certain services. They said they could do all of them. Once we signed up and started using these services we realised that none of what we needed was possible with Sitejabber. over $5000 AUD for what we could have paid for 2 apps and offered much more for less than $50 AUD per month. We obviously complained so they tried to do the word to offer what we were told that they could already do. Mind you this never occurred and it wasn't possible throughout our paid subscription. We complained again and they said out of all of their clients they had never had to do so much work. So blamed us. If they were honest from the beginning we wouldn't have signed up them. Lazy, unprofessional, and basically clueless when it comes to eCommerce and reviews. Frustrating and a waste of money and time.
