I installed this app because the Shopify stock abandoned email did not work... unfortunately this app displayed poorly in Yahoo email with oversized images. I eventually got the Shopify emails to work and they look better.
Please let me know if any coding is leftover after uninstalling the app

Retainful is perfect for creating a standardised process for following up with e-mails custom discount codes using referal schemes and much more. Overall a great app to have and excellent customer service. Ramesh was there and went through the app step by step setting everything up with me. Highly recommend, 10/10

The developers of this app are super helpful and accomodating. Anytime I have run into an issue they have helped fix it and make it right. They even took the time to create custom email templates for me for all the automated emails. Highly recommend working with them!

Really bad experience. The way they are using to count the amount of customers is so bad and it is the perfect way to charge you more and more. When you edit an email the platform does not respond well and is not making any change... There is not possible to edit emails in HTML (is it so complex to include this feature?) Until you do not fix all these issues does not make sense at all to use this app. You are just expending money for a general bad experience.

The support and customer service is exceptionally good.Great AP so far, very user fiendly. All features are available in trial period unlike most other appications.
