The install for the out of stock part of this app went well. They were responsive and helped me get set up quickly. It seems to be working well. However I haven't been able to get the coming soon part of this app working and customer service has forgotten about me. I have followed up and followed up more times than I can count and no reply. The coming soon feature is why I upgraded to the paid plan and now it has been weeks and I have not been able to launch our campaigns. If they would help me with this feature I would be very happy since it looks to be just what we are looking for but if not then I will have to uninstall.
