Peel is the best analytics tool out there. Not only do they have the most detailed reports and metrics that you could think of, but they also have an incredible team that is always eager to help with any requests. They've helped us onboard our paid media agency as well as created new reports based on specific requests we've made. Peel treats us like a partner and we really appreciate that. Thank you Yasmin and Jared for all your help!

We absolutely love Peel. We use it on a weekly basis to do reporting out to the organization, as well as deep-dive into questions that were previously hard to answer using Shopify/GA.
The data is extremely robust. We have been using it to answer more complex questions. As our needs grow we have often turned ot the team for guidance. The team seems to always be available and eager to help. They very often get us exactly what we need within an hour. The tool is great, but their support team is somehow even better. 10/10 would recommend!

Seems the app is too buggy. I faced many problems while configuring the settings. 1> I received some “Server Error (500)” error messages quite a lot while connecting to google analytics. 2> when I tried a couple of times, I got another message like “Your google analytics login doesn’t have access to any business accounts”. 3> when I back to the home page - I did receive a “Failed to fetch” error message. 4> Incorrect data showing for Shopify and amazon. I have installed the app and configured the connection for Shopify, Amazon and Facebook. I did receive the data in my dashboard but when I looked at the data in detail seems there are completely incorrect for both Amazon and Shopify. 5> I see the data were loaded in USD currency so I changed it to INR in Workspace Settings but after changing the currency still, it is showing in USD. I must say the interface of the app is really really great but I think the app is not fully stable at the moment. Really felt bad to see such issues after spending too much time.

Peel is a game-changer and we've only scratched the surface. Their team quickly and consistently ships new features that are deeply impactful. They are also more responsive than any partner we've worked with – we once made a feature request and it was implemented in less than 2 hours! We're excited to continue using the product and collaborating into the future.
