Great implementation team worked on a netsuite / shopify integration. Support was very responsive and helpful.

Good integrator between netsuite and shopify. As the support team is located in India, the time zone is different so we should wait for getting tech team's support but customer support team is supportive and responsible.

We had an issue with deposits not submitting that took several days to fix but the app team stayed on top of the problem and checked in daily until the ticket was resolved.
