Our experience with LoyaltyLion has been amazing from start to finish. We were comparing a bunch of providers and after speaking with LoyaltyLion it became clear that they were going to be the best by far at supporting us. Jason Leader has not let us down, he's helped us with a million queries and has no hesitation to jump on a call whenever we need him - this is so important when implementing something substantial into a business. Jonathan McCarthy was great and very helpful! He was very responsive to emails when we had questions. We appreciate the time he took for our calls to make sure that everything was set up correctly. Excited to launch the program!

Fantastic app and app support as always. We hit an issue with email sends, but was quickly sorted within a couple of hours. Great work Abi & the team.
