The system is goo dbut half of the time the app was down. customers complained about not being able to access returns page.

We are very happy with happy returns. Is saving hours of time for our small support staff. Makes processing the few hundred returns we have each month very easy.

Terrible at getting you onboarded, did all the zoom calls and sold me the dream and now dont reply to emails, installed the app and been waiting 2 weeks to start using it..

Edit: Update to my review. Support came and sorted my issue and helped me setup my store. This app has really easy customisation, and support was very helpful. I'm looking forward to using it whenever a returns pops up.
Unable to even use the app, get an error saying" Your email must contain @ and a domain" when signing up.

Very professional staff but unfortunately the app is so limited in features that we couldn't go ahead with this. The Paypal offer is appealing but not enough to lose key returns control we need.
