Being sellers of mouth hygiene products, it gets us concerned if we get seemingly large orders – makes you always wonder if it’s fraudulent and we’ll end up having a chargeback request. At the same time – we do want to execute them and earn. The automated option to ask for customer identity does help us, as we feel safer to release the goods. Thank you
