Horrible customer service & response times. Suppliers have put fake tracking numbers (not activated) so customers haven't received goods we're getting complaints. Orders arrived with missing parts, faulty or even the wrong item! Update 31/10/21: They take up to a week to respond which is ridiculous. I've also requested several times now to remove all products that I no longer want to sell with them and they haven't done it. I'm still getting orders coming in through their shit app.
