ZERO service. It was working great, then there were issues. This happens with apps and add-ons (software) all the time, but normally there is customer support to help fix it. In this case, there is an option to reach out (chat, email) and it says they will respond in one hour. It's been over 3 weeks and multiple messages, and contacts with no luck. Unfortunately, it's time to move on.
